Nonprofit Membership

Kiewit Luminarium invites you to explore the astonishing phenomena that shape our world, our communities, and ourselves. With a nonprofit membership, your organization will be able to visit regularly with the individuals and families you serve, sharing in a community built upon joyful discovery and curiosity.

Nonprofit Membership Details

Eligibility

Membership is available to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that provide direct services to constituents who will use the membership to visit the Luminarium with those they serve. This membership is not for employee benefit programs or fundraising purposes, and will not be provided for such causes.

Cost

A nonprofit membership to Kiewit Luminarium is available to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations for $500 per year. If membership pricing presents a significant barrier, please contact [email protected] for additional assistance.

Benefits

Membership includes free daytime admission for 12 months. Organizations can bring up to 15 individuals per visit, with a limit of one visit per day. An employee or caregiver must accompany every five children. Employees or caregivers, even as chaperones, count towards the 15-person attendance limit. Visiting groups larger than 15 individuals are required to purchase additional general admission tickets.

Please note that reduced price Night Light (18+) admission and discounts at Fig. Café and the Luminarium Store are not included with the nonprofit membership. This membership also cannot be used in conjunction with Field Trip admission.

Using Your Nonprofit Membership

Organizations must designate an employee as point of contact (POC) for membership registration. All membership communication, including digital membership information, will be sent to this individual.

Daytime admission ticket confirmations, whether reserved in advance or on-site upon arrival will always be linked to the designated POC’s contact in our ticketing system. The listed POC is not required to be present at every visit; however, it is the POC and the organization’s responsibilities to:

  • Facilitate the distribution of the membership and educate individuals using the membership on the guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure that individuals who utilize the membership do not misuse it.

During peak seasons and times, the museum may reach capacity. If this occurs, groups without advanced reservations will be asked to patiently wait or delay their visit.
