Information About Your Visit

The 2023–2024 season for school field trips is September 18, 2023, through May 17, 2024. Please note that there will be no field trips December 26-29, 2023. If you are interested in planning a field trip during summer 2024, watch for more information coming later this year.

Preferred Date

Please list preferred dates for your field trip below. Field trips are offered on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. For planning purposes, we request at least three weeks’ advance notice for all field trips.

Preferred Time

For a typical field trip to Kiewit Luminarium, plan for 1.5 to 3 hours for your visit, but please create a plan that works for your group’s interests and schedule.
