Daytime Meetings

Host meetings with wall-to-wall views of the Missouri River in a private room available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with complimentary museum admission for your guests.

This versatile 2,650 square foot space can be separated and adapted for various events, including seminars, retreats, board meetings, trainings, and more to meet your needs.

Night Light VIPs

Create your own VIP experience during Night Light, our adults-only evenings on select Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with customizable AV and catered food and beverage.

During Night Light VIPs, enjoy complimentary access to our engaging exhibits and programs with the ability to return to your own private furnished room.

Full-Facility Rentals

Enjoy exclusive access to our entire museum with a private full-facility rental, including four main galleries and 125+ interactive exhibits for a memorable event.

Our state-of-the-art facility, with an indoor capacity of up to 1,000 guests, includes personalized planning assistance from our Events team, advanced audiovisual and theatrical lighting options, and security and custodial services.

Do you provide tables, chairs, linens, and other furniture?

Yes, we provide tables, chairs, and black linens at no additional charge for Daytime Rentals and our Night Light VIP packages.

Do you have a list of caterers that I can choose from for my event?

Yes, we offer a diverse list of caterers for your event, including our preferred caterer and in-house restaurant, Fig cafe. To request our approved caterers list, please email [email protected].

Are there nearby lodging options nearby for out-of-town guests?

Yes, the Luminarium is a 10-minute walk from the Old Market and 7 minutes from The Capitol District, both of which offer numerous hotels and restaurants for your guests to enjoy.

Is there parking available for guests?
