The Chemistry of Love Special Weekend Activities
What is love? This February, we’re getting to the heart of the matter and engaging all five senses in an exploration of the science of love. Join us on Saturday, February 24, for a community poetry activity led by Jewel Rodgers and Noni Williams of the Nebraska Writers Collective. Search a hive for the queen bee with Grace Carter of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Bee Lab. Don’t miss the cacao dissection and a demonstration of how chocolate starts as bean at our Luminator station. Special musical guest Parfait will be performing in the Lounge at 12 pm.
