Financial Assistance for Field Trip Groups
Thanks to generous support from community donors, financial assistance is available for qualifying public and private school groups (Grades 2-12) visiting the Luminarium during dates and times listed on our Field Trip Availability Calendar.
Upon completion of the Field Trip Request Form, eligible field trips will automatically be awarded financial assistance according to the criteria described below. Full award details will be included in your reservation confirmation once your field trip request has been approved.

Financial Assistance Criteria + Availability

| School-wide Title I schools or schools with greater than 40% of students qualifying for free/reduced lunch | $5 admission per student (50% discount) | Field trip must be completed by March 5, 2027 |
| Public or private schools located in Lancaster County, Nebraska | $5 admission per student (50% discount) | Field trip must be completed by March 5, 2027 |
| Public schools in the following Southwest Iowa counties: Adams, Audubon, Carroll, Cass, Crawford, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Shelby, Taylor | $5 admission per student (50% discount) | Limited to one grade level per district. Field trip must be completed by March 5, 2027 |

Kiewit Luminarium is committed to providing field trip access to all public and private schools. If your school has unique circumstances and requires additional financial assistance beyond what is described above, please complete the Additional Financial Assistance Application at the link below. Requests for additional financial assistance will be considered based on available funding and the individual circumstances of each school. Please allow up to three weeks for a decision to be communicated.
