Wild Designs

Discover the beauty and brilliance of nature in this hands-on, all-ages workshop led by UNL architecture professor, Kendra Ordia. Explore the hidden patterns found in leaves, shells, feathers, and more—and learn how nature’s designs inspire the way we build, create, and solve problems. You’ll examine real samples from the natural world, then use what you’ve discovered to craft your own nature-inspired design to take home. It’s a fun and creative way to look closer at the world around us!
