We continue our celebration of Space Week with very special Night Light featuring Dr. Aidyl Gonzalez .
Dr. Gonzalez is a dynamic scientist, educator, mom, author, and science communicator passionate about advancing STEM education, research accessibility, and social justice. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Developmental Biology from California Institute of Technology, specializing in environmental microbiology and astrobiology, exploring microbial life beyond Earth.
Join us during Night Light for a presentation where Dr. Gonzalez will share her insights on being an analog astronaut, and share the experience of working and living in off-world like conditions.
We will also explore the momentum of swing dancing with the Omaha Jitterbugs.
In the Maker Space you can investigate gravity with our Off Balance experiments.
