Trick-or-Treating, Strange Science, and More!
Come dressed in costume* for a fun day of trick-or-treating, strange science, and more! This Halloween season, the Luminarium is celebrating with our first-annual Fright Lab experience. Explore the museum and see how it’s been transformed for the season full of fun and surprises. Science demos including cow eye dissections will make for a day of educational AND spooky-fun experiences.
*Leave your samurai swords, light sabers, and blasters at home, please. No costume weapons allowed.

Trick-or-Treat Stations
Come in costume and visit trick-or-treat stations throughout the museum. Stop by each station to complete your “Lab Report” for a chance to win a prize in the Fright Lab raffle. (Please help us reduce waste and bring your own trick-or-treat bag.)
Teal Pumpkin Project
For the event, the Luminarium is participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project, a national initiative promoting non-food treat options for children with food allergies.

Face Your Fears with Wildlife Encounters
Wildlife Encounters of Nebraska will join us with some animal visitors for guests to engage with. Come check out snakes, spiders, and other creepy-crawlies.
Magic with Adamagic
Magician Adamagic will be walking the floor, sharing tricks and illusions with guests as they explore exhibits. Guests can also attend two larger performances from Adamagic in the River Room.
