Join us for a WILD adults-only Night Light as we explore the new traveling exhibition Creatividad silvestre | Wild Creativity. This bilingual experience invites visitors to explore fundamental concepts of biomimicry through hands-on design challenges, illustrating the creative innovations of nature and how they continue to inform scientific advances.
Wildlife Encounters of Nebraska
After learning about the science of biomimicry, experience living examples of nature’s inspiring designs. Wildlife Encounters of Nebraska will be on site, offering an up-close meeting with animals, demonstrating their amazing adaptations that help them thrive.
From a tortoise shell’s ability to sustain pressure to the energy-efficient ability of kangaroos, there is much to learn from the innovations of nature.
Drone Obstacle Course with Metropolitan Community College
Metropolitan Community College will also be joining us, giving attendees the chance to safely operate drones through a fun, interactive obstacle course!
RiverFront Fireworks
After Night Light concludes, be sure to stick around outside on the Arrival Plaza or RiverFront Plaza right next to the Luminarium to catch a free fireworks display from The RiverFront!
