Space Week – Omaha Astronomical Society

We kick off a Space Week celebration with our friends from the Omaha Astronomical Society(opens in a new tab).  They will conduct planet gravity demonstrations, examine light travel in space with the use of spectrometry activities and show off their cloud chambers.

There will be a special presentation at 11 a.m. in the lounge with comet expert Allison Bair. Guests can also try their hand at designing a space exploration mission patch.

When: Saturday September 28, 11 a.m. –  2:45 p.m.

Cost: Event is included with any daily admission ticket.
